Summary

Jetpack Junker is a premium iOS and iPadOS game. It does not include third-party SDKs, advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, or custom user accounts. Shell Atlas does not sell personal information.

The game stores normal gameplay information so it can work: progress, settings, scores, achievements, unlocks, saved preferences, and whether optional telemetry or diagnostics sharing is enabled.

Information Stored On Device

iCloud and CloudKit

If iCloud is enabled for Jetpack Junker, the game may sync progress and related gameplay state using Apple CloudKit private database infrastructure. This can include saved progress, unlocks, discoveries, settings, and similar app functionality data.

CloudKit is an Apple service tied to the player's Apple account. Shell Atlas does not operate a separate game account server for Jetpack Junker and does not use CloudKit data for advertising or tracking.

Game Center

If Game Center is enabled, Apple GameKit handles player identity, achievements, leaderboards, and related Game Center features. Jetpack Junker may report scores and achievement progress to Game Center and display Apple-provided Game Center surfaces.

Shell Atlas does not display, mine, sell, or share Game Center player identifiers outside the minimum needed for Apple-native Game Center features.

Diagnostics and Optional Telemetry

Jetpack Junker may use Apple's MetricKit to receive crash and performance diagnostics. These diagnostics help identify crashes, hangs, battery issues, launch issues, and performance problems.

Release telemetry is opt-in or user-initiated. Local telemetry and diagnostics exports are used to troubleshoot bugs and improve performance. A player may choose to share a diagnostics bundle through the iOS share sheet or by sending it to support. Shell Atlas does not use diagnostics or telemetry for tracking or advertising.

Photo Library

Jetpack Junker may ask for permission to add player-created run screenshots to the photo library. The permission is used only to save images created by the player. The app does not need to read the player's photo library for normal gameplay.

Data Sharing

Jetpack Junker does not include advertising networks, tracking SDKs, data brokers, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Data handled by iCloud, Game Center, MetricKit, the App Store, and iOS/iPadOS system services is processed by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. If a player contacts support by email, the information included in that email is used to respond to the support request.

User Choices

Retention

Local game data remains on the device until the player deletes it or deletes the app. iCloud and Game Center data is managed through Apple's services and the player's Apple account controls. Support emails and diagnostics shared with Shell Atlas are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the issue, maintain records, and improve the game.

Children

Jetpack Junker is a premium game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Shell Atlas through a support request, contact support@shellatlas.com so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

International Processing

Apple services, email providers, and support workflows may process information in countries or regions outside where the player lives. Shell Atlas uses this information only for the purposes described in this policy.

Changes

Shell Atlas may update this policy when Jetpack Junker changes or when legal, platform, or operational requirements change. The "Last updated" date will be changed when the policy is updated.
